Oh, I didn't know you had answered my post until now... Thank you for the answer. I am looking forward to see further improvements.

You're welcome, it would be great if every user reported his thoughts here instead of writing nonsense on the Play Store.

Hello lianergoist and welcome to the forum.
Yeah, most of the features you listed are set to be introduced in future versions. In particular, the auto-selection of width x height could be immediately introduced in the May release. The real time video feedback, instead, is more difficult to implement and would also require an internal codec modification but, again, it is also set to be implemented.
About the automatically selected bitrate, this is a our choice since this is an average helpful value (consider HD videos on poor devices), but maybe we will deploy a better algorithm to fit all the devices.
Thanks for your ideas and your reporting.

- from now default profiles will keep original width and height;

It looks like default bitrate is 1000 no matter what size the input video is. If I want to change bitrate, I must hit the Video button, but now width and height is set to 320x240. It would be cool if width and height from input video were set automatically here. Also, it would be nice to have a "keep aspekt ratio" option, so if you change one aspekt, the other is automatically set.

... and one feature request: it would be cool to be able to see the video and choose where to start and end when using the cut function...

Hello P-Boy and thank you for reporting your errors and for purchasing the pro version. We will start immediately investigating for this problem. Please can you give me more informations about the parameters used for conversion? For example: it happens with MP4 or with AVI only? What about the time? Only with > 20 mins? Thanks again.

Same problem here with new version. I have tried this on a HTC EVO and Xperia Play. Small files convert fine. I am able to pick codecs, resize etc... but with any long file (20+ minutes) it hangs. It has happened every time at different parts. After using the demo I purchased the full version but failed to test the demo on long files and now... well it does not convert a file 100%. I have tried others but with the option to use avi with a multitude of different codecs makes this software awesome... Just wish it could more than just short videos
